                                     किसान आंदोलन 2.0

किसान आंदोलन हमारे देश का एक बहुत ही गंभीर और नाज़ुक मुद्दा है।इस आंदोलन के चलते पूरा भारत प्रभावित है।2022 से शुरू हुआ ये आंदोलन अब 2024 में अपना 2.0 रूप ले चुका है। किसानों का दावा है कि उनकी माँगे पूरी नहीं की गई जिनका वादा सरकार द्वारा किया गया था। इसी मुद्दे को लेकर मैंने अपने देश के कुछ युवाओं से बात की और कुछ प्रश्न पूछे जिनका जवाब उन्होंने बखूबी दिया। 

तो चलिए एक बार उन्हीं प्रश्नोत्तर पर अपनी नज़र डालते है और इस मुद्दे को और अच्छे से जानते हैं।

प्रश्न 1:पंजाब में चल रहे किसान आंदोलन के पीछे मुख्य कारण क्या हैं?

उत्तर:पंजाब में चल रहे किसान आंदोलन के पीछे मुख्य कारण भारत सरकार द्वारा तीन विवादास्पद कृषि कानूनों का पारित होना है, जिसके बारे में किसानों का मानना है कि इससे कृषि का कॉर्पोरेटीकरण हो जाएगा, उनकी सौदेबाजी की शक्ति कम हो जाएगी और मौजूदा न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) खत्म हो जाएगा। ) प्रणाली।

प्रश्न 2:किसान आंदोलन ने पंजाब में कृषि समुदाय को कैसे प्रभावित किया है?

उत्तर:किसान आंदोलन ने पंजाब में कृषि समुदाय पर गहरा प्रभाव डाला है, क्योंकि राज्य के किसान विरोध में सबसे आगे हैं। इसने विभिन्न पृष्ठभूमियों और क्षेत्रों के किसानों को एक साथ लाया है, जो कृषि कानूनों को निरस्त करने और अपनी फसलों के लिए एमएसपी के आश्वासन की मांग को लेकर एकजुट हुए हैं।

प्रश्न 3:पंजाब के किसान जिन कृषि कानूनों का विरोध कर रहे हैं, वो कौन कौन से क़ानून है?

उत्तर: न्‍यूनतम समर्थन मूल्‍य के लिए कानून बनाया जाए. 

स्‍वामीनाथन आयोग की सिफारिशों को लागू किया जाए.

किसान कृषि ऋण भी माफ करने की मांग कर रहे हैं.

लखीमपुर खीरी मामले पर किसान परिवार को मुआवजा दिया जाए.

किसानों को प्रदूषण कानून से बाहर रखा जाए.

कृषि वस्‍तुओं, दूध उत्‍पादों, फल और सब्जियों और मांस पर आयात शुल्‍क कम करने के लिए भत्‍ता बढ़ाया जाए.

58 साल से अधिक उम्र के किसानों के लिए पेंशन योजना लागू कर उन्‍हें 10 हजार रुपए मासिक पेंशन दी जाए.

कीटनाशक, बीज और उर्वरक अधिनियम में संशोधन करके कपास सहित सभी फसलों के बीजों की गुणवत्‍ता में सुधार किया जाए.

भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 2013 को उसी तरह से लागू किया जाए. इस संबन्‍ध में केंद्र सरकार की ओर से राज्‍य सरकार को दिए निर्देशों को रद्द किया जाए.

प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना में सुधार के लिए सरकार की ओर से स्‍वयं बीमा प्रीमियम का भुगतान किया जाए, सभी फसलों को योजना का हिस्‍सा बनाया जाए और नुकसान का आकलन करते समय खेत एकड़ को एक इकाई के रूप में मानकर नुकसान का आकलन किया जाए.

प्रश्न 4:समय के साथ विरोध कैसे विकसित हुआ है, और किसानों ने अपनी मांगों को बढ़ाने के लिए क्या रणनीति अपनाई है?

उत्तर: विरोध समय के साथ विकसित हुआ है, किसानों ने शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन, ट्रैक्टर रैलियों और राजमार्गों और रेलवे को अवरुद्ध करने जैसी प्रतीकात्मक कार्रवाइयों जैसे विभिन्न माध्यमों से अपना आंदोलन तेज कर दिया है। वे सरकार के साथ बातचीत में भी शामिल हुए हैं, देशव्यापी हड़तालों में भाग लिया है और अपनी मांगों को बढ़ाने के लिए समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों से समर्थन हासिल किया है।

प्रश्न 5:पंजाब के समृद्ध कृषि इतिहास ने किसान आंदोलन को आकार देने में क्या भूमिका निभाई है?

उत्तर: पंजाब के समृद्ध कृषि इतिहास, जिसकी विशेषता इसकी हरित क्रांति की सफलता और अतीत में मजबूत किसान आंदोलन हैं, ने किसान आंदोलन को आकार देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। राज्य के किसानों में संगठित सामूहिक कार्रवाई की लंबे समय से चली आ रही परंपरा है और वे अपनी आजीविका की रक्षा और खाद्य सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कृषि सुधारों की मांग करने में सबसे आगे रहे हैं।

प्रश्न 6: किसान आंदोलन के चलते एक आम आदमी की दिनचर्या पर क्या असर पड़ता है? सड़कों पर उतर कर पब्लिक प्रॉपर्टी का नुक़सान करना और आम आदमी को तंगी देना कहाँ तक सही है ?

उत्तर: किसान आंदोलन, जो किसानों के अधिकार और मांगों के लिए होता है, उसका असर आम आदमी की जिंदगी पर विभिन्न तरीकों से पड़ता है। इस आंदोलन के दौरान, आम आदमी को कुछ असुविधाओं का सामना करना पड़ सकता है, जैसे सड़कों पर बंधन, ट्रैफिक में बदलाव, या व्यापार में रुकावत।आंदोलन के तेवर पर निर्भर करता है कि क्या तक यह सही है। आम आदमी को असुविधाओं का सामना करना तो चाहिए, लेकिन सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को नुक्सान पहुंचाना या आम लोगों को आंदोलन की मंशा से परेशान होना पड़ता है।

सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाना देश के विकास में बड़ी रुकावट डालता है और समाज में अशांति फैलाता है। आंदोलन को प्रशिक्षण और संवेदना के साथ जाना चाहिए, ताकि समस्याओं का हल निकल सके बिना आम लोगों को नुकसान पहुंचाया जा सके।

अंतः मैं इस नतीजे पर पहुँची की हर एक चीज़ के दो पहलू होते है कुछ सही और कुछ ग़लत और इस मुद्दे में भी दोनों हैं। एक तरफ़ किसान है जो अपने हक्क के लिए लड़ रहे हैं और एक तरफ़ आम जनता। तो संभवतः हमे मुद्दों को शांति पूर्वक सुलझा लेना चाहिए और इस तरीक़े से करना चाहिए कि किसी का नुक़सान ना हो। इस इंटरव्यू के बाद पता चला कि हमारा युवा कितना जागरूक है अपने देश के मुद्दों के बारे में और अपना एक तर्क रख रहे हैं।

                       Raising Divorce Cases in Punjab

We recently visited our nearby district court and i found a family struggling from divorce case of their daughter from last one year and it was their 3rd hearing. I asked the reason of divorce then they told that the husband of their daughter went to abroad without letting know their daughter and family and when he returned he filed divorce case, but the girl don’t want their married life to be ended. Beacause of her husband behavior she also agreed to take divorce. Now they are struggling for the divorce, when i asked that what judge said? Then they replied that their lawyer said that there is no respond from the court. So they have to come on every hearing for the case.

When her mother was telling about the case she also started crying that they are very tensed about their daughter future.

The increasing divorce cases in Punjab can be attributed to several factors. Modernization and changing societal norms may contribute as people embrace individual autonomy and seek compatibility in relationships. Economic pressures, urbanization, and educational advancements might empower individuals to make independent choices, affecting marriage dynamics.

Cultural shifts, evolving gender roles, and increased awareness of legal rights could also play a role. Women's empowerment and awareness about legal remedies may encourage them to seek divorces in cases of marital discord or abuse.

Furthermore, the influence of media, exposure to diverse lifestyles, and migration can expose individuals to different perspectives on relationships, potentially influencing their decisions.

It's crucial for policymakers, social institutions, and communities to address these issues comprehensively, providing support systems, counseling services, and legal awareness to mitigate the challenges associated with increasing divorce rates.

“Leave a Positive Footprint: The art of responsible Tourism”

 Responsible tourism in wetlands and natural resources involves a comprehensive approach to environmental and cultural preservation. Firstly, it's essential to adhere to designated paths and trails to prevent habitat disruption and soil erosion. Visitors should minimize their ecological footprint by avoiding activities that may harm the delicate balance of these ecosystems.

Littering poses a significant threat, so visitors must carry out all waste and dispose of it properly. This includes not only packaging but also any other items brought into the area. Reducing waste and practicing the principles of "Leave No Trace" contribute to maintaining the pristine condition of wetlands and natural environments.

Engaging with local communities respectfully is crucial. Understanding and respecting the cultural significance of these areas fosters positive relationships and ensures that tourism benefits the local population. Supporting local businesses and initiatives also helps create a sustainable economic model that aligns with environmental conservation.

Furthermore, responsible tourists should educate themselves about the unique flora and fauna of the area, adhering to guidelines for wildlife observation and photography. Avoiding disturbance to the local wildlife ensures the natural behaviors and breeding patterns remain undisturbed.

Tour operators play a pivotal role in promoting responsible tourism by incorporating eco-friendly practices into their operations. This includes using sustainable transportation, promoting energy efficiency, and contributing to conservation efforts through partnerships with local environmental organizations.

Ultimately, responsible tourism in wetlands and natural resources requires a collective effort to strike a balance between enjoying the beauty of these environments and preserving them for future generations.

A Wetland in Punjab

                                       A Trip to Harike Pattan Wetland

Wetlands are crucial ecosystems that provide various environmental benefits. They act as natural filters, helping purify water, support biodiversity by serving as habitats for diverse species, and play a role in flood control. Additionally, wetlands contribute to carbon storage, recreational activities, and offer cultural significance. Preserving wetlands is essential for maintaining ecological balance and sustaining numerous ecosystem services.

So, we have also visited one of the famous wetlands of India on named Harike Wetland also known as "Hari-ke-Pattan", on the ocassion of World Wetland Day ( 2nd February,2024) with the Harike Lake in the deeper part of it, is the largest wetland in northern India and it is situated in the border of Tarn Taran Sahib district and Ferozpur district  of the Punjab state in India🇮🇳 

We were sent their by our University for ground reporting and tasks were also assigned to us accordingly. We explored the nature and saw so many beautiful birds who have been migrated from many European countries. The people who are the part of this community and the NGO connected to this wetland took us from our university to the wetland for free of cost and provided us the refreshments also. They motivate and guide people about saving birds and nature lovers,birds lovers,animal lovers came here from so many countries. This place was so peaceful, far away from city and it’s pollution. I have encountered the diverse flora and fauna. Birds species like wigeon, common teal, pintail, shoveller and brahminy ducks are mostly found here. 

I can’t forget this day, it was one of the best day of my life being a nature lover i could consider this place as the most beautiful place i have ever seen. To save/ conserve our nature it is very important to take some precautions before going to such an important places. We were instructed to not carry and one time plastic things there and were not allowed to play loud music there, as a whole rulebook was provided by the NGO to the university. Here responsible tourism plays an important role in preserving such kind of importance places of nature. While visiting such places we should ensure not to pollute the environment and follow all the guidelines provided. 

The wetland visit provided us hand on opportunities to develop key journalistic things such as observing, interviewing and story telling etc. Thanks to @lpuuniversity and @lpujournalism for this wonderful trip👍🏻 Learnt alot of things which will definitely help us in future.

The Beauty of Friendship

Friendship is a delicate dance, an intricate tapestry woven with threads of trust, laughter, and shared experiences. In the vast landscape of relationships, the bonds formed with our closest companions stand out like vibrant blossoms in a garden of connections. Among these, my two best friends, whom I met during my first semester of college, have become the anchors of my journey.

Support, a cornerstone of genuine friendship, finds its embodiment in the unwavering presence of my friends. Through the highs and lows, they stand as pillars of strength, always ready to catch me when life's winds blow too strong. Their care is not just a gesture but a reflection of a deep understanding that transcends words. It's the reassuring hand on the shoulder during challenging times and the shared burden that lightens the load.

Laughter, the universal language of joy, echoes through the chapters of our friendship. Together, we've crafted a symphony of shared jokes, amusing anecdotes, and moments of pure, unbridled joy. Help, a silent but profound expression of friendship, is an integral part of our shared narrative. From lending a listening ear to offering a helping hand, my friends have been a reliable support system. Their willingness to navigate the intricacies of life alongside me has made challenges seem less daunting and victories more meaningful.

Our friendship, like a fine wine, has matured and evolved since that first semester encounter. The journey from acquaintances to confidantes has been marked by shared triumphs and shared heartaches, forging a bond that time cannot erode. Motherhood, a timeless and universal experience, transcends cultural boundaries, embodying a spectrum of emotions, responsibilities, and profound connections. From the moment of conception, the journey of a mother unfolds, weaving a tapestry of love, sacrifice, and nurturing.

The biological aspect of motherhood is evident in the intricate dance of pregnancy, where a woman's body undergoes miraculous transformations to nurture and protect a developing life. This physical connection sets the stage for the emotional and psychological bonds that will continue to evolve through the various stages of motherhood.

As a newborn enters the world, a mother's role expands to encompass the delicate balance of providing care, fostering development, and instilling a sense of security. Sleepless nights and tireless dedication become hallmarks of the early stages, reinforcing the selfless nature of maternal love.

आज रोज़ की तरह मैं कॉलेज से घर जाने की लिए बस लेने के लिए खड़ी थी पर आज कुछ महोल अलग सा लग रहा था। 

आज बहुत भीड़ और ट्रैफिक था और बस भी नहीं आ रही थी और जो आ रही थी उन्मे बहुत भीड़ थी। तभी मुझे मेरी एक दोस्त मिली उसने बताया कि आज हाइवे जाम है और बस लेट आयेगी और ट्रैफिक है । मैं बहुत परेशान हो गई क्योंकि वक़्त काफ़ी हो गया था और अंधेरा काफ़ी हो गया था और हमे जालंधर जाना था। तभी हम बिना कुछ सोचे एक ऑटो में बैठ गये हालाकि वो दुगना किराया ले रहा था पर उस समय पैसे से ज़्यादा घर जाना ज़रूरी था । हम निकल गये और जैसे ही आगे गये हमने देखा कि किसानों ने हाईवे को ब्लॉक कर दिया है और बीच हाईवे पर टेंट लगाके धरने पर बैठे हैं।हालाकि मुझे तब इसका कारण नहीं पता था परंतु बाद में पता चलता है कि यह किसान वही है जिनकी फसल और घर बाढ़ आने से बर्बाद हो गये और सरकार की तरफ़ से उन्हें कोई मुआवज़ा भी नहीं मिला और किसान की खेती पर ही उसकी ज़िंदगी निर्भर करती है। सरकार द्वारा पहले कई वादे किए गए पर पूरे नहीं किए गए। किसान इसके चलते बहुत परेशान हैं। धरना लगाने की अलावा उनके पास कोई और रास्ता भी नहीं था। हालाँकि वह अपने हक़ की लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं जो की लड़नी भी चाहिए परंतु आम आदमी को इसकी वजह से बहुत दिक़्क़त होती है। उस दिन मैं घर बहुत देर से पहुँची। मेरे घर के बाहर तक जाम लगा हुआ था। लोगों को बहुत दिक़्क़त परेशानी हो रही है। यह मेरी ज़िंदगी में मेरे साथ पहली बार हुआ कि मैंने ऐसा कोई धरना प्रदर्शन देखा और एक आदमी को जो परेशानियाँ होती है वो जानी। यह घटना मुझे आजीवन याद रहेगी।
